I tested 5 AI sh*t products this week…
and 3 of them were literally the same thing with a different logo.
One had a “custom AI model” that was just GPT 4o.
Another forgot to hide their OpenAI API key (I wish I was kidding).
And one had a pricing page that looked like it was copied from a competitor…
Pathetic literally...
Everyone’s building wrappers…
But no one’s building value.
The real challenge isn’t the AI model.
It’s the distribution, the data, and the differentiation.
If your startup dies the moment OpenAI adds your feature…
You didn’t build a product… you built a temporary shortcut 🤦♂️

That's very true Mithun Kumar. While every tool has place in the market.
It's the value that those tool provides, which decided.
Whether your market place is in
Dumpyard or in consumer's mind.
It's always about the value then the tools stack & prices.
