Let’s face it, building SAAS products is not easy. I've struggled, I've learned this after going through countless failures and successes. It’s a common story among entrepreneurs—and it’s often the same three mistakes that hold them back:
Mistake #1: Focusing on the idea and not the market.
It’s not enough to have a great idea. You need to make sure there’s a real demand for the solution you’re building.
Mistake #2: Overcomplicating the product.
Sometimes, we want to offer every single feature we can think of, but that doesn't always make sense. Users may not even need some of those features.
Mistake #3: Not listening to user feedback
Your users are your best source for ideas, feedback, and improvements. Listen to them, and use their feedback to refine your product.
